Q: Does Ready to Go Moving charge for travel time before and after my move?
No, our shift starts when we arrive at the customer's location and ends as soon as we finish all the moving and assembling.
Q: What is included with Ready to Go's service?
Two movers, a truck, stretch wrap, assistance when disassembling/assembling furniture, help to put the furniture in the right rooms, thermal box for fridge/freezer products, and a mattress protector.
Q: Does Ready to Go Moving charge extra for places with stairs?
No, we only charge per hour.
Q: Does Ready to Go Moving provide boxes?
Yes, we provide boxes to help you save your time.
Q: Am I allowed to ask for more movers?
